Finding good titles to write from the Demand Media Studios claiming queue is one of the key components to success as a Demand Studios freelance writer.

Whether you have preferences concerning certain topics, formats, or both, this tip can help you find the articles you're looking to write. I like to call it the midnight hunt.

When writers don't finish their assignments on time, they go back into the database and into the queue. Other writers can then claim those titles. Other writers like you.

There's sometimes a bit of a lag, but those articles almost always land back in the available list of titles at around midnight, Pacific Standard Time. In case you're unaware of what time zone you live in, here's a map you can consult.

 For some of you, this will mean staying up very late. If you're on the East Coast, you'll have to stay up until 3 am to take advantage of this article claiming tip. Obviously, that won't be possible for everyone. But those who can stay up and be at the computer at that time will be rewarded.

So, there you go, kids. Make good use of that tip, and join the midnight club. Just don't claim all the articles I want to write.
